A: Sunscreen, Sun Glasses, lunch, and whatever you would like to drink, we do stock the boat with water and Ice. if you are prone to sea Sickness we recommend the patch, or Bronine, which can be purchased at any local drug store.

A: No, our boat has a special license that has you covered.

A: Yes, in the forward cabin.

Q: What Happens if the Charter is canceled?
A: We collect the deposit to reserve your date and time slot. This deposit is non-refundable unless the trip is cancelled by the Captain, or if you cancel 14 days or more prior to the date booked. If you cancel your trip for any reason less than 14 days prior to the date booked, or a no-show, the deposit is forfeited. If you prepaid for the entire trip, we will refund your money except for the deposit.
If the Captain cancels the trip due to Inclement Weather or any other unforeseen reason, the deposit and any prepaid amount of the trip will be refunded in full.

Safety Information
Your personal safety is always our top priority while you’re a guest onboard with Hirsh Charters, not only have we filled our boat with high density closed cell foam to ensure it will be unsinkable, we have also invested in live saving equipment such as a E-Pirb and a deployable survival live raft.
The E-pirb is designed to be activated by hitting the water or can be turned on manually, this device will automatically send out a distress signal to the United sates Coast Guard letting them know our exact GPS location and will lead them directly to us.
The Life raft is outfitted with survival equipment, a rain collector, sun shade and Sea Anchors
If in the unfortunate event that there is a situation while out at sea, we will have all the necessary equipment to ensure that you make it home safe.
